To add memory in the ASAP platform, click ‘Add new memory’. Input field consists of:

* **Question**\* (required)
* **Answer**\* (required)

Limitation for the memorized response is:

* 1 answer per 1 question
* Only apply for the first question of each session.
* *\[Suggestion] Since we use AI to classify how similarity of queried question and predefined Q\&A list, the content of answer should related to the question.*
