### Supported File Types for Skill Training
* Maximum file size: **20 MB per file**
* Maximum uploads: **Up to 5 files per skill**
* Supported file formats: **All standard formats except PNG and JPEG**
  * **PNG and JPEG files cannot be used with trigger-based skills.**
  * Only **Lead Agents** have the ability to process image files.
