Fulfillments
The Fulfillment is an information source that the assistant will retrieve the data from, also to config search term generator (STG) prompt for search logic.
Create a fulfillment
Section titled “Create a fulfillment”Click ‘Add new fulfillment’, to create the fulfillment, consists of:
- Fulfillment Name: Limit the text type to a maximum of 255 characters.
- Description: Limit the text type to a maximum of 500 characters.
- Target Knowledge (KM): Connect to the knowledge base to get the information related to the question asked, limit to 1 knowledge base per fulfillment
- Search Term Generator: Toggle on to enable search term generator
Search Term Generator
Section titled “Search Term Generator”- Search Term Generator Prompt: helps users create more precise search queries by suggesting terms based on the type of knowledge base
